An extra strong dosage (4g/l) to accompany this 100% Chardonnay at full maturity. The characteristic soils of the Marne Valley shine through in this blanc de blancs with its salivating minerality.
Its particularly well-tended ageing brings out its aromatic complexity and its buttery patina, complemented by the natural aromas of the Chardonnay (white flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit). A delicious, complex vintage. Enjoy it on its own or with any meal!
