Arribas Saroto Rosé undergoes a meticulous process that begins with the manual harvesting of grapes, followed by the traditional method of foot-treading in a stone lagar. Swiftly pressed after this initial stage, the juice is then transferred into seasoned French and Austrian oak barrels. Remaining in these barrels over lees for a span of 7 months, the juice undergoes a natural fermentation process facilitated by indigenous yeast, devoid of any temperature control—embracing the essence of wild fermentation. This approach ensures the completion of both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations.
True to its natural and unadulterated form, this rosé wine is left unfined and unfiltered. Over time, a gentle deposit may naturally occur, contributing to the wine's character and signalling its authentic winemaking journey. Arribas Saroto Rosé stands as a testament to the artistry and dedication invested in crafting a wine that embodies the nuances of its terroir and the hands that tend to its creation.
