Arribas Saroto Branco 2021 6 x 75cl Pre-arrival

Arribas Saroto Branco is crafted with a hands-on approach from the very beginning. The grapes, meticulously chosen, undergo a traditional and manual harvesting process. In a nod to tradition, they are foot-trodden in a stone lagar before being promptly pressed. The juice is then transferred to used French and Austrian oak barrels. Here, it rests over lees for a period of 7 months.

This unique winemaking journey involves a natural fermentation process, relying on indigenous yeast and foregoing temperature control - an approach known as wild fermentation. Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations complete their natural course in this environment. Embracing a minimalist philosophy, this rosé wine is left unfined and unfiltered. Over time, a natural deposit may emerge, adding to the character and authenticity of Arribas Saroto Branco.
