Quinta do Javali Crazy Pet Nat exhibits the vibrant raspberry colour typical of an irreverent and bold sparkling wine. The fermentation process occurred naturally, allowing Mother Nature to have the final say. Bold aromas characteristic of natural wine emerge, featuring slightly macerated red fruits and mineral notes. In the mouth, discernible fruity notes and an acidic nerve refresh the natural sugars present in the wine, contributing to a lively and distinctive tasting experience.
