This product is a natural substance that may undergo sedimentation of solid residues. It is produced in a high-pressure environment. Caution is advised against leaving it in high temperatures or direct exposure to sunlight, as this poses a risk of bottle breakage.

The wine is crafted from grapes cultivated in the producer's vineyards, nestled amid the slopes of rivers in the northern part of the municipality. The production process follows an integrated approach, prioritising the preservation of natural resources. Grapes, sourced from indigenous varieties of the region, are handpicked. Upon entering the mill, a manual selection of bunches takes place, followed by a meticulous process of manual destemming and crushing. Fermentation of the must occurs with indigenous yeasts, and the wine undergoes maturation on fine lees, including batonnage.
