This wine has left the cellar. We source it, or a comparable wine, on request.
This wine is meticulously crafted from an exclusive selection of the finest grapes, comprising 100% Chardonnay. The grapes, having undergone meticulous destemming, are mechanically pressed, and the initial must is separated through an "open spout."
The complete alcoholic fermentation takes place naturally with indigenous yeasts within stainless steel vats, maintained at room temperature. Following this, the wine embarks on a prolonged ageing process on fine lees, utilising a combination of stainless steel (66%) and French oak (33%).
After patiently maturing for 12 months, the wine is bottled without filtration, preserving its inherent qualities and allowing the distinct characteristics of the Chardonnay grape to shine through.
