Nuno Aguiar, a winemaker and former colleague of Anselmo Mendes, alongside António Olazabal Ferreira, a marine biologist rapidly transitioning into winemaking, has unveiled a wine named Boina. The inaugural vintage, dating back to 2015, boasts a highly appealing aesthetic. This is part of a series of wines crafted by the duo in the Douro and Trás-os-Montes regions under the Portugal Boutique Winery project. The Boina brand specifically brings together unoaked wines from the Douro.
