Penhó Wines Nomos Blend 2021

Penhó Nomos White Blend seamlessly marries the elegance of an old classic with a contemporary flair. This exquisite blend is crafted from a harmonious combination of Alvarinho and Trajadura, both white caste grapes. The resulting white wine, presented in a pale yellow hue, captivates with its pronounced aromatics and invigorating freshness. Marked by a delicate equilibrium of acidity and elevated alcohol levels, this wine undergoes a meticulous fermentation and aging process, maturing gracefully for 6 to 12 months in French oak barrels before finding its way into the bottle. Each grape goes through the process alone and only in the end is blended. Foot trodden and 2 days of maceration pre fermentative. Ferment and do the elevage for 9 months in used barriques without battonage and with full lees.

No enologic products were used apart from a homeopathic amount of sulphur on bottling. It is not stabilized, filtered or glued.
