This rosé wine showcases an intense shade of pink, crafted through the fusion of white and red grapes, specifically Trincadeira. The grapes undergo fermentation with their skins, utilising native yeasts within clay amphorae. The wine exudes enticing aromas of pomegranate and red plum, presenting a dry profile complemented by smooth and silky tannins.
