Planted in soil characterized by shale and granite, the grapes are cultivated under an integrated production regime, ensuring meticulous vineyard management practices. Harvesting is carried out manually, with grapes carefully selected for their optimal ripeness and harvested into 20kg boxes. The harvest takes place during the cool nighttime hours, allowing for a more delicate handling of the grapes and preservation of their aromatic qualities.
