Laherte Frères has been making champagne since 1889, growing with each generation and guided by the principles of authenticity, sensitivity and respect for the environment.
Extra Brut Ultradition is an elegant blend of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir (with 40% reserve). It reveals fruity nuances in harmony with delicate bubbles.
The grapes were harvested by hand and fermented in vats, foudres and barrels. Some malolactic fermentation and ageing on fine lees. Blending: De-stemming by hand. 4.5 g/l.
