Blanc de Noirs is produced from a fine selection of plots in the Coteaux Sud d'Epernay and Vallée de la Marne. This is a perfect the fruitiness of Meunier, the vinosity of Pinot Noir and the minerality of Noir and the mineral freshness of the limestone terroir.
