Duckman Rosa Duck Pet Nat originates from 30-year-old vines strategically planted across multiple plots with clay-limestone soil in the São Lourenço and Óis do Bairro vineyards. The grapes undergo a meticulous hand-harvesting process, and spontaneous fermentation occurs in stainless steel with ambient yeasts over three weeks, without the imposition of temperature control. Following the traditional method of sparkling wine production, it is then vinified and aged in bottles until it reaches the desired quality for commercialisation. The result is a sparkling wine that encapsulates the unique terroir and craftsmanship of the São Lourenço and Óis do Bairro regions.
