The Josselin family have been winegrowers for generations and acquired their first vineyard in 1854 on land adjacent to Gyé sur Seine, a champagne village crossed by the Seine.
Made with fruit selected from the best vineyards. The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed whole. After 24 hours of maceration, alcoholic fermentation and complete malolactic fermentation take place. followed by three extractions over the next 3-4 months.
