Nose: Mineral and elegant, with notes of white flowers, citrus, pear, almonds and a light buttery note.
Flavour: Clean, powerful, with bright acidity, creamy texture and characteristic minerality. The finish reveals nuances of grapefruit, nuts and fresh pastry.
Finish: Long, complex, with subtle iodine and brackish tones.
