La Volée Rosé Brut 2021 truly represents the mastery of the art of sparkling wine, especially with the meticulous use of traditional techniques. The transformation of the Baga grape into such an elegant sparkling wine shows the versatility of this grape variety, and it's interesting to see how the ageing process on the lees and techniques such as "pugnetage" and "remuage" contribute to its refined character.
The balance between fruitiness, freshness and persistent smoothness makes it a versatile wine. Served between 6º and 8ºC, its refreshing nature is enhanced and it's no surprise that it has received such high acclaim.
