Nossa Solera is an innovative sparkling wine that marks a new chapter in Bairrada sparkling wine production. This Natural Brut is created from a unique blend of seven different sparkling wine bases, each from different harvests, all aged in barrels. The wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, using a traditional cork stopper rather than the modern metal seal. This process gives the wine its distinctive character. With its rich blend and barrel ageing, Nossa Solera is a testament to tradition, innovation and the art of winemaking. Contains sulphites.
