This wine undergoes a whole grape fermentation, starting in small stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16º to 18ºC and finishing in used 225-litre French oak barrels. It is aged for eight months in barrels with weekly bâtonnage, which gives it depth and complexity.
Straw yellow in colour, it presents aromas of citrus, tropical fruit and apricot with hints of iodine and sea breeze. The palate is dry and complex, with a harmonious balance of fresh fruit, salinity and vibrant acidity, ending with a voluminous, lingering finish. The ideal serving temperature is 12ºC for the best expression of its flavours.
