This wine presents a vibrant, straw-coloured appearance with notable intensity. The aroma is clean, intense, and intricately layered, revealing a sense of depth. Floral notes and ripe citrus fruits take centre stage, harmoniously entwined with subtle spicy undertones. On the palate, it unfolds as a dry and creamy experience, characterised by balanced acidity, substantial structure, and a lingering finish. Overall, it is a gastronomic wine, designed to complement and elevate culinary experiences. The grapes have been pressed in a 19th century roman-press. Fermentation using only indigenous yeasts. Fermented and aged during 6 month on lees in french oak barrels, with batonnage.
